How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item purchased through our website, we recommend that you do so by contacting us:

Products must be in perfect condition (box and sleeve) and accompanied by the corresponding purchase receipt. No product that is not in perfect condition will be accepted. Returns at Bruno Vassari are always free, and the return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

When will I receive the amount of my refund?

Once we have approved the return and your bank processes it (the estimated time varies depending on the bank), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you will receive the corresponding amount in your account within a few days. If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that Bruno Vassari reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

What can I do if the item I receive is defective?

If the product you received is defective, you can request an exchange. Please contact us, indicating in the subject that it is an exchange. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
