Ingredients
Its innovative formulation contains:
- Avobenzone: it is one of the best filters currently in the market for protecting the skin from UVA rays, but the problem is it is highly unstable, it crystallises and is not very soluble at all. To stabilise and make it soluble it needs quite a lot of fat phase, which translates into dense emulsions. Every Day Protection SPF40 incorporates in its formulation the Hybrid AB ingredient, in which the avobenzone filter is encapsulated within a sphere of PMMA, which turns it into a filter that is not only stable, but highly recommendable for its use.
- Titanium dioxide: this ingredient is very often found in sun care formulations, since it is an excellent solar filter. But its main problem is that it leaves a whitish finish, very common in these products. In this formulation it is also presented encapsulated in a silica sphere, also dispersible in the aqueous stage, which avoids this finish, and thus achieves a very efficient formulation against the UVA/UVB filters but with a silky and transparent texture. It is important to add that the combination of both filters, hybrid AB and titanium dioxide, boost the SPF and manage to raise it and improve the protective efficiency of the product.
- Emollient actives: the gel undertakes a major moisturising action, so the skin is not only protected from the ultraviolet radiation that causes premature ageing of the skin, but will also remain highly moisturised.
- Mattifying agent: due to the PMMA and the silica the finish on the skin is matte, eliminating the shininess that they cause and thus attaining a perfect skin.
- EnhanceU-T-medium: innovative mineral filter developed for a wide-ranging protection against UVA and UVB solar radiations, nano-free and which at the same time provides a smooth and natural colour, helping to unify the cutaneous tone.
